Training overview
Contract management represents a significant portion of daily work for lawyers and legal departments. Drafting first versions, comparing clauses, detecting risks: these time-consuming tasks can now be accelerated with artificial intelligence.
Contract AI tools like Harvey, Lexis+ AI and Claude enable draft generation, automatic version analysis and standard clause library creation. Their adoption fundamentally transforms legal team productivity.
This training gives you the keys to integrate these tools into your daily practice, mastering prompt engineering best practices for contracts and understanding limitations (hallucinations, confidentiality, GDPR).
